To take a tour or to do it on your own?

The big question we all ask when visiting a new country or city is whether we should do it on our own or take a tour of the place. I do not think that there is a specific answer to this as since we are all unique in our own right, then, it depends very much on the person and the place one is visiting.

It also will depend on how adventurous the person is. If you are courageous enough to dive into Maltese roads with all that could imply, then, you are in for the discovery of the countryside and coastal locations when renting a car, which is otherwise difficultly done unless you take a tour.

When it comes to the cities there are a number of locations every visitor is doing, like Valletta and Mdina and then other places which some visit and others don’t depending on their tastes and time in hand.
